MCCRACKEN COUNTY, KY — The McCracken County Public Library reports that its free programs and services have saved the community more than $15 million in the 2023—2024 Fiscal Year.
"The McCracken County Public Library continues to evolve to meet the needs of the community; we strive to remove barriers so residents can stretch their budgets further," said the library. "We couldn't do it without our community's continued support and partnerships!"

The McCracken County Public Library offers various items, including:
- Free faxing
- Free notary services
- Free adult and youth computer labs
- Free movies and video games
- Free books
- Free Wi-Fi hotspots
- Free fishing poles, Pickleball Kits, and Disc Golf Kits
- Free meeting room spaces
- Free adult and youth programs
- Free tech help by appointment
- Free resume help
- Free community resource fairs
- Free e-books and e-audio books
- Free streaming of music, movies, and TV shows
- A partnership with the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, providing free books to any children under the age of 5 in McCracken County
