At approximately 9 a.m. on June 26, the Cape Girardeau Police Department assisted the Southeast Missouri Drug Task Force with a search warrant in the 2800-Block of Themis Street.

The McCracken County Sheriff's Office arrested two men Monday afternoon following a drug investigation.

ASHEVILLE, North Carolina (WLOS) -- A man is charged after hidden cameras were found inside the bathrooms of an Asheville Starbucks.

In a news release about the case, the sheriff's office said Sheriff Nicky Knight "would like to remind the citizens of Calloway County that marijuana is still an illegal substance in the state of Kentucky."

The judge who signed off on a search warrant authorizing the raid of a newspaper office in Marion, Kansas, is facing a complaint about her decision and has been asked by a judicial body to respond.

The Graves County Sheriff's Office says the man is not legally allowed to own firearms, and deputies found three long guns in the man's home. 

The Weakley County Sheriff's Office says deputies and agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation and the Drug Enforcement Agency executed the search warrant on Wednesday. 

After days of national controversy over the raid of a small town’s newspaper office and the publisher’s home, the items seized will be returned, the Kansas Bureau of Investigation announced Wednesday.

The property records show that the target of the search, a home on Maple Shade Street in Henderson, Nevada, belongs to Paula Clemons who is married to Davis, also known as “Keffe D,” is a self-proclaimed witness to Shakur’s 1996 shooting.

“LVMPD can confirm a search warrant was served in Henderson, Nevada on July 17, 2023, as part of the ongoing Tupac Shakur homicide investigation," police said in a statement. "We will have no further comment at this time.”
